Capacitors for reactive power compensation and filter applications
AEG high-voltage capacitors are available as 1 kV to maximum 36 kV capacitors, 50 Hz or 60 Hz, 20 kvar to 1,200 kvar (per unit) for indoor or outdoor use. AEG high-voltage capacitors are manufactured from thin dielectric biaxially molded polypropylene film, wound together with electrodes in laser-cut aluminum foil. Durability, reliability, and negligible losses - that's what the name AEG stands for. We use a non-PCB-based hydrocarbon compound with excellent electrical properties as the impregnation fluid. The container is made of high-quality steel.
